Help Desk

RJS Consultants can be contacted for support in one of 2 ways:

1. By phone during normal office hours. Please call 01923-254302 and our reception team will take details of your question, and our Helpdesk team will contact you back within 1 to 4 hours depending on the query. If you are a new customer, the reception team will endeavour to connect you with the Helpdesk team immediately.
2. By using Whatsapp on 07778-836170, which will send a message to our helpdesk team. They will (as above) endeavour to contact you within 1 to 4 hours, depending on the query.
