Who Are RJS Consultants?
RJS Consultants specialise in providing meaningful computer and technology support to clients who are small companies without their own IT department, and/or people who work from home, and/or people who use their computers for personal use and fun.
This is particularly focussed on getting the best value for the particular issue. We ensure that you, our clients, are not fobbed off with poor answers because you don’t know what a good answer looks like.
For most support issues, we can access your computers, smartphones and other devices from our office without needing to visit. This means that we can offer immediate support when there is a problem. If this is impractical (like the internet service not working) we can come to your office or home and sort out the challenges to get you back working again.
We can also organise new equipment and services for you and provide advice. In short, we are your own, personal, Technology Support.
