Types of Support


RJS Consultants are based in North-West London and Sussex. We provide IT Support and Technology Services to a range of different organisations: 

  1. Small companies that do not have their own IT support staff – so typically companies with fewer than 10 staff.
  2. Home workers, Home users, and Private individuals
  3. Small and Medium sized companies that require Program Management and/or Vendor Management services.

Projects and Programmes

At RJS Consultants we understand that formal project techniques PRINCE2, SDLC, SSADM, (and others) as well as development techniques such as RAD and JAD, are extremely important to deliver a project to time and budget.


Consultancy​

Totally separate from the general computer and network support, RJS Consultants can offer businesses (both large and small) consulting services from Programme Management to Interim Management to Strategic Review.

Ad Hoc Support

Our most basic Category of Support. Simply contact us and we will provide support as soon as one of our Helpdesk staff is available.

No contract is required.

Ongoing Support -
Reactive

Our intermediate Category of Support.

You pay a regular amount to us, and in return, we will provide support at no additional cost (within the terms of that agreement) when you need it.

Ongoing Support -
Proactive

Building on the “Reactive Support” Category, we will provide additional assistance to try and pre-empt issues from arising, using some monitoring tools as well as performing some regular checks.
