Jan 2009 - RJS Web Help Desk is now online

We now have our Web Help Desk customer portal open. All of our customers are now able to create, check and update support tickets online.

Dec 2008 - Remote Support now available

Our customers are now able to benefit from remote support. We are able to remotely control your computer and solve your problems, without having to wait for an engineer to attend your premises. All remote connections are safe and secure, utilising the latest encryption technology.

Nov 2008 - Terry Craddock has joined RJS Consultants

RJS Consultants would like to introduce the newest member of our support team. Terry Craddock is our new IT Support Executive. A 23-year-old highly motivated IT technician experienced in providing domestic and commercial customers with excellent support and services.
