RJS Consultants Limited are based in Watford, Hertfordshire and provide IT consultancy services in addition to large scale programme management services. Our programme management and IT consultancy provide assistance to clients across a wide range of IT services including small scale remote management or outsourcing of IT departments. Our vendor management services allow us to help our clients manage the relationship with their software and hardware vendors.

Nigel Shapiro founded RJS Consultants in 2003 after being made redundant from his position as an IT Director when Aspect Communications retrenched back to its’ headquarters in California.

In his role at Aspect Communications, Nigel spent 6 years with European and then Global Operations covering Infrastructure Management, Global Programme Office Creation and Management, and Global Vendor Relations. In these roles, Nigel worked with many third party vendors and outsource providers, managing the contracts and relationships. In one year, Nigel was able to shave $20m out of a $50m budget as Aspect reduced it’s IT budget during the downturn in 2001 and 2002.

Prior to Aspect, Nigel worked for over 12 years at EDS as a Senior Consultant and Senior Manager, dealing with Application Development, Programme Management, Infrastructure Management and Vendor relationships, with major clients including London Buses, CAA, Unilever and GMAC.


Terry Craddock Joined RJS Consultants as an IT support executive in 2008. His previous position was as an IT Support Technician for Freedom-UK Ltd. Supporting all types of client from residential customers to large corporate companies.

Joining Freedom-UK in the early stages of their start-up, he later became the manager of their retail store after it opened in 2006. He remained supporting customers and their systems throughout his time as manager.
